This position exists to perform and develop relationships with key accounts andachievesales and maximize revenue through effective account management efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve department operational plan and development.
Key Accountability Areas
- Managing Retail Customers (Sales & Operations)Generating Sales Orders (Planning & negotiating with customer for orders) to achieve monthly targets
- Analyzing Customers Performance and reporting results
- Boosting sales through strategical tactics (Promotion and Advertisements)
- Following up on payments / Collecting Checks
- Reconciling with customers and clearing balances
- Planning and arranging delivery between and customer and Central Store
- Checking and following up market issues (damages / RTVs- Return to Vendor / Pricing)
- Market visits to check availability, market share, pricing, competitor activities (stands – promotions – innovations)
- Communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders (Marketing – Customer Service – Factory)
- Filling C4C reports in Market.
