E3mel Business Academy began in 2013 as a page on Facebook called E3mel Business Its primary goal is to simplify and disseminate the science of business management to bridge the gap that exists between studying business science and its application in the Arab world. E3mel Business continued as a completely free idea through various social media channels until 2016.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales B2B Supervisor position based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic identification, development, and execution of new B2B (Business-to-business) and B2G (business-to-government) business opportunities. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, developing comprehensive business plans, conducting market research to identify emerging trends, cultivating long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders, managing the tender proposal process, and securing deals through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales with a minimum of 7 years of corporate experience.
• Candidates with a background in learning and development will be highly regarded.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in developing business plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience in managing tenders and B2B sales within the Saudi market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Possession of a valid Saudi work permit.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
