Manage through planning, implementing, motivating, controlling and reviewing all sales & marketing activities for the brands that are assigned under him to achieve coverage, distribution, visibility &sales targets. Implement promotional activities and ensure proper pricing for all products. Collecting all receivables in line with company policy by channel.
Ensure proper handling of all stock as per supplier standards
Achieve business brand merchandising standard as per KPIs and in line with signed BDAs. Ensure implementation of BDA’s at 100% level.
Communicate and train customers to effectively and successfully implement the brands strategy.
Achieve business brand and region objectives as per approved KPI
Ensure that selling price by SKU is in line with company direction, report any deviation to direct manager
Motivate all stake holders in the department and develop required competencies to effectively and actively work to achieve targeted level of service and satisfaction
Stock Level Monitoring and reporting.
Keep all information confidential and secure. File and/or archive all financial documents
Assist during internal and external audits
Raise issues with the concern department
Review, implement and communicate company policies and procedures
Effectively communicate and implement DMC values and code of ethics
Perform other duties as assigned
Achieve qualitative and quantitative Sales & Distribution KPIs
Assist RSM and TMMs in negotiating BDA’s agreements with key accounts
Attend daily morning meetings with sales team.
Collection follow up and receivables management.
Develop and present sales plans and targets by accounts to deliver sales objectives
Implement agreed journey cycles by channel.
Ensure implementation of BDA’s as agreed with Key Account & supplier. Implement Trade visibility and display Planograms per brand.
Make sure that listing and delisting is up to date.
Maintain close and professional and productive business relationship with all trade and customers
Manage all prices compensations and credit notes issuance to customers.
Manage receivables and customer inventory as per target and KPIs
Report Channel Stock and item shelves life along with sell out performance on monthly basis.
Support product launch programs and implement with supplier coordination.
Update Trade Sales Force on product knowledge, Features & Benefit, Selling Stories
