Responsibilities

* Prepare a diverse range of gourmet sandwiches with precision, ensuring consistent portioning, fresh ingredients, and appealing presentation.

* Execute grilling and BBQ tasks, managing cooking temperatures and times to achieve optimal flavor and texture for meats and vegetables.

* Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout all preparation and cooking processes.

* Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak service hours.

* Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages to management promptly.

* Keep the workstation clean, organized, and sanitized in compliance with health regulations.

* Assist in the preparation of side dishes and garnishes as needed to support menu offerings.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education; culinary arts certification is a plus.

* 0-1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.

* Basic knowledge of food handling, cooking methods, and grilling techniques.

* Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required.

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
