SAP Consultant (SuccessFactors & Integration)

The SAP Consultant will act as the subject matter expert for connecting the  AI platform to SAP SuccessFactors. This role focuses on the end -to -end delivery of HR and Productivity modules, ensuring that the AI platform effectively "talks" to the customer’s SAP backend to automate core business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Configuration: Configure and implement integrations with SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant SAP modules for automated user provisioning and role mapping.
  
• Workflow Automation: Enable employee data sync and leave management workflows between SAP and the Client's HR module.
  
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the delivery timeline from kickoff to go -live specifically for the SAP integration stream.
  
• Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between SAP standard capabilities and Client's requirements, providing feedback to the product engineering team.
  
• Compliance: Ensure SAP data handling aligns with local Saudi Arabia data privacy regulations (PDPL).
  

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience managing or implementing SAP SuccessFactors or SAP ERP projects.
  
• Integration Skills: Hands -on experience with SAP APIs, OData services, and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
  
• Project Management: Familiarity with PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies within an SAP environment is a plus.
  
• Market Experience: Prior experience working in the Saudi Arabia/GCC market is strongly preferred.
