Role Summary

The SAP PM L2 Consultant supports the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations of SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, supporting maintenance operations, and assisting in continuous improvement of asset management processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.Key ResponsibilitiesPM / EAM Functional Support· Support core SAP PM processes:o Notification and work order managemento Preventive and breakdown maintenanceo Refurbishment and shutdown maintenance· Maintain and support master data:o Equipment, functional locationso Task lists, maintenance planso Bills of material (BOMs)· Support work order lifecycle from creation to settlementMaintenance Planning & Execution· Support preventive and predictive maintenance planning· Assist in configuring maintenance strategies and plans· Support calibration, inspection, and condition-based maintenance· Monitor maintenance backlog, compliance, and KPIsIntegration & Data Management· Support integration with:o MM (spares, procurement)o FI/CO (order settlement, cost tracking)o Production (PP) and EHS· Ensure data consistency across EAM processes· Support master data governance and data quality

System Enhancements & Testing· Support minor configuration changes and enhancements· Assist in UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution· Document functional specifications and SOPs· Coordinate with L3 consultants for complex issues

User Support & Adoption· Provide L2 support to maintenance planners, engineers, and technicians· Support user training and knowledge transfer· Assist in rollout activities for new plants or assets· Support change management and adoption initiatives

Required Skills & Experience· 4–6 years of SAP PM / EAM experience· Hands-on experience with SAP PM processes· Experience supporting SAP ECC or S/4HANA· Good understanding of maintenance operations and asset lifecycle· Strong troubleshooting and documentation skillsPreferred Qualifications· SAP PM / EAM certification· Experience in Manufacturing· Exposure to shutdowns, turnarounds, and large asset environments· Knowledge of mobile maintenance or integration with EWM
