Project

Strategic SAP S/4HANA RISE transformation program for a pharmaceutical client, covering multi-country rollout (Sweden, Finland) and consolidation of multiple SAP and non-SAP systems into one standardized ERP landscape to improve efficiency and scalability

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation (multi-country rollout)


• Manage project scope and evolving backlog (MVP approach)


• Coordinate multiple streams: logistics, finance (R2R), integrations (BTP), data, change management


• Manage distributed international teams (EU / nearshore model)


• Collaborate with stakeholders in a regulated pharma environment (GxP)


• Coordinate multiple vendors and delivery partners

Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Project Management


• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (RISE is a plus)


• Experience with rollout / multi-country projects


• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology


• Strong experience in managing complex transformation programs


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Fluency in English (B2/C1 minimum)
