Scheduling Engineer - Oil & Gas (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition consultancy specializing in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a highly motivated Scheduling Engineer to join their team in Saudi Arabia. The Scheduling Engineer Fully Familiar of Scheduling and Planning requirements for the Oil and Gas Capital Project FEL/FEED, Detailed Design, Materials Procurement , Construction, Pre-commissioning. Power BI skills intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to gather necessary information for schedule development
• Analyze schedule performance and identify potential risks or delays
• Prepare and present regular reports on scheduling status to stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings to discuss schedule updates and changes
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule-related issues
• Maintain detailed documentation of project schedules and changes

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Civil or Mechanical.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling within the Oil & Gas sector
• Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of oil and gas project lifecycle and scheduling methodologies
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
