Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coach to scale agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to agile principles, and implementing agile frameworks. This role acts as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Coach the Team: Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
· Remove obstacles: Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow.
· Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and implement process improvements.
· Ensure Transparency: Maintain and update Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
· Collaborate with Product Owner: Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization.
· Monitor Progress: Track team performance and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals.
· Foster a Positive Team Environment: Promote collaboration, accountability, and self-organization.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Certifications: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
· Experience:
2+ years as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
· Strong facilitation and communication skills.
· Ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus.
