Senior Accountant - General

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Senior Accountant
– General to join our client’s company in Riyadh.

• Handling
  accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness to include
  auditing master records and transactional data.
  
• Responsible
  for the day -to -day accounting functions
  
• Monthly
  review of general ledger for month end close to ensure transactions are
  properly recorded for financial statement preparation.
  
• Recommends,
  reviews, and monitors compliance with financial policies, procedures, and
  controls.
  
• Prepares,
  monitors, and interprets monthly financial reports and analyses.
  
• Responsible
  for all supervisory duties of the General Accounting
  
• Assist in the
  completion of the agency’s independent audit.
  
• Prepares and
  oversees preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  
• Executing
  accounting data to internal tax accountant as necessary for corporate income
  tax filings.
  
• Review and
  approve bank reconciliations, intra -company reconciliations, and other
  month -end general ledger reconciliations.
  
• Review and
  approve journal entries to ensure proper general ledger and closing.
  
• Perform
  month -end account closing activities and reconciliations.
  
• Maintain
  general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
  
• Generate and
  distribute account management reports and Financial Statements on a monthly,
  quarterly, and annual basis.
  
• Perform
  accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables,
  reconciliations, and foreign exchange.
  
• Support
  Auditor in conducting internal and external audits.
  
• Assist in tax
  preparation and filing activities.
  
• Perform
  accounting analyses and reporting to support decision -making purposes.
  
• Provide
  support for internal and external audits.
  
• Process,
  review, and monitors Expected Credit Losses Provisions (ECL) as per the IFRS.
  
• Monthly
  review of the fixed assets registers and all transactions (Addition,
  retirement, depreciation, etc) are properly recorded for financial statement
  preparation
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting
  
• At least 5 -year experience in
  General Accountant
  
• Excellent Level in Microsoft
  Excel.
  
• Excellent Level in Other Microsoft
  Office products.
  
• SAP and other ERPs.
