Senior Associate - Graphic Designer

As a Senior Associate - Graphic Designer at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia, you will lead the creative efforts to develop compelling visual content that embodies the excitement of our theme park and enhances our brand identity. This role requires a seasoned designer with a strong portfolio and the ability to manage projects and mentor junior designers while collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, promotional campaigns, merchandise, and digital graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to understand project needs and deliver innovative design solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Utilize advanced design tools and techniques to create high-quality graphics that align with the brand's vision and messaging.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring the final product is polished and impactful.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to integrate fresh ideas into projects and enhance design effectiveness.
• Assist in the development of design guidelines and best practices to maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders.
• Leadership ability to mentor team members and promote a culture of creativity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
