A specialist investment manager with a solid track record, managing multi billion dollars in assets across public equities, fixed income, real estate, and private investments in emerging and frontier markets.

Job Description

In this high-impact leadership role, you will:

Lead the origination and sourcing of real estate transactions across KSA, including land opportunities, joint ventures, dry-fund deals, and partnerships with developers and master developers.
Build and leverage an established network of families, corporates, developers, asset owners, and capital providers in the Kingdom.
Underwrite and analyze new opportunities using institutional-grade investment processes, including fund-level structuring and due diligence.
Support asset management activities for existing real estate holdings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.

The Successful Applicant

You will thrive in this role if you possess:

8+ years of real estate investment experience within the KSA market.
A proven network across families, developers, master developers, asset owners, and local capital providers.
Strong underwriting capabilities aligned with institutional standards (fund structuring, due diligence, financial modeling).
A track record of sourcing and closing transactions across land, JVs, and development-related deals.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
