Senior Billling Specialist

Our client, a global-tier law firm, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join their busy team in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the worlds most respected firms, where youll play a key role in the firms financial operations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and issuing invoices, working closely with lawyers to ensure billing accuracy, managing client billing guidelines, handling time entry adjustments, tracking unbilled time and disbursements, resolving billing queries, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.

To succeed in this role, you must have billing experience in a professional or legal setting, be fluent in both Arabic and English, and have strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
