Senior Business Analyst ERP Odoo- Saudi nationals ONLY

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in our ERP (Odoo 18) upgrade project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing current workflows, aligning processes with industry best practices, and ensuring that the system implementation meets business needs. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication, proper documentation, and successful adoption of the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify, gather, and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes (HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, etc.) and recommend enhancements aligned with ERP best practices.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the technical team.
• Support in preparing Business Process Blueprints and validate them with stakeholders.
• Participate in ERP system design discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct gap analysis between current workflows and proposed ERP capabilities.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating system functionalities.
• Provide change management support, including user training and preparing process documentation.
• Ensure business continuity and process compliance throughout the ERP implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in /HRMS/Finance domains.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred, SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics considered a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Proficiency in English language is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
• Experience with ERP upgrade or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of UAT methodologies and change management practices.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
