Job Overview:

A prestigious refined dining establishment opening soon in Riyadh is currently looking to recruit a dedicated and skilled Senior Chef de Partie with expertise in Mediterranean cuisine. This role is key to supporting our culinary team by delivering consistently high-quality dishes, showcasing culinary skill and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee your assigned section in the kitchen, ensuring timely and high-quality preparation of Mediterranean dishes.
• Assist in menu development, contributing innovative ideas aligned with the restaurant’s Mediterranean culinary theme.
• Supervise and guide junior chefs, providing mentorship and support in culinary techniques and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your area, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Manage ingredient inventory and stock control within your station, minimizing wastage.
• Collaborate closely with Sous Chefs and other kitchen leaders, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant or similar high-end establishment.
• Strong knowledge of Mediterranean culinary techniques, flavors, and ingredients.
• Demonstrable ability to manage a station independently, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
