Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef
specializing in International Cuisine to join our client’s operation in
Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have a strong restaurant
background, excellent culinary skills, creativity, and solid experience in
developing and executing modern international menus.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare
  and execute high-quality international dishes.
  
• Develop
  new menu items and seasonal specials.
  
• Maintain
  consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
  
• Create
  modern and attractive food presentations.
  
• Standardize
  recipes and preparation methods.
  
• Support
  food costing and portion control.
  
• Supervise
  and train kitchen team members.
  
• Manage
  daily kitchen preparation and service.
  
• Monitor
  food quality and kitchen productivity.
  
• Maintain
  excellent hygiene and food-safety standards.
  
• Control
  food waste and ingredient usage.
  
• Work
  closely with the Executive Chef on menu development.
  
• Ensure
  smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
