Senior Civil Engineers

About the Project

A landmark high-rise tower development located in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. The position is site-based. All engineering disciplines are required to be proficient in BIM (Building Information Modelling), and prior experience on high-rise towers is required across technical and engineering positions. This tower experience does not need to be Riyadh-specific and may have been gained anywhere within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the Main Contractor's/Developer's site engineer, taking full responsibility for direct execution,
• resourcing, and delivery of civil and structural works.
• Supervise and execute civil and structural works (substructure, superstructure, concrete works,
• waterproofing) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Support and contribute to the execution and coordination of architectural works.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements for civil works prior to execution.
• Conduct and record formal site work inspections at each construction stage prior to sign-off.
• Coordinate with quality, safety, and planning teams to ensure works progress per schedule and standards.
• Monitor material and workmanship quality against project specifications and the Saudi Building Code.
• Manage direct labor crews and/or subcontractors performing civil and structural works.
• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs and measurement of executed works for interim payment certificates
• and variation evaluation.
• Coordinate directly with the Technical Team and design consultants on RFIs and site queries.
• Supervise and mentor Civil Engineers and site labor assigned to their work fronts.
• Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and as-built documentation, and ensure adherence to health
• and safety requirements.
  
  Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in towers
