The Cloud Infrastructure Senior Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex cloud-based infrastructure solutions for clients. He serve as a technical subject matter expert, will work closely with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance on cloud solutions that best fit their business requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, good presales skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions
• Optimize cloud resource utilization, performance, and cost-efficiency through FinOps principles and cloud management best practices
• Develop automated provisioning, monitoring, and remediation processes to ensure reliable cloud operations
• Assess existing on-premises infrastructure and identify opportunities for cloud migration and transformation
• Define cloud governance policies, standards, and control mechanisms to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet/perform to technical and functional/non-functional requirements. 
• Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.
• Develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Azure ARM or AWS CloudFormation
• Manage troubleshooting and resolving cloud-based issues
• Document cloud architecture, infrastructure, and operational procedures for knowledge retention
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues, supporting their growth within the team and on collaborative projects.
• Contribute in Presales activities including customer workshops, technical assessments, RFP responses, solution proposals, and SoW creation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and management.
• Industry certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect)
• Hands-on experience in major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with a strong focus on Google Cloud and their various service offerings
• Hands on experience on Native and 3rd party Assessment and Migration tools.
• Experience in designing and implementing cloud security controls and mechanisms (e.g. Google Cloud Security Command Center, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Shielded VMs, Policy Intelligence)
• Ability to assess and migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud, including legacy applications and databases
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, network security, data encryption
• Good Experience with VMWare enterprise
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as virtualization, container orchestration, serverless, and Infrastructure as Code
