ROLE OVERVIEW
The Commercial Senior Manager is responsible of ensuring commercial and contractual relationships with suppliers and partners are effectively managed. The role also involves overseeing and supervising the company's activities and employees. They are in charge of developing and implementing business strategies and managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency.

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
The Commercial Senior Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure commercial and contractual relationships with suppliers and partners are effectively managed.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities within projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial and contractual obligations.
- Work with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
- Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
- Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties.
- Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
- Communicating and explaining new directives, policies, or procedures to managers; for subsequent organization-wide dissemination.
- Analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and creating reports.
- Responsible for the overall success of a product or service.
- Implementing measures to keep staff motivated and productive.
- Building alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Supporting worker communication with the management team.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in relevant field
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
