We're working with an exciting, rapidly growing composites manufacturer that has recently invested in a brand-new carbon fibre manufacturing facility and is now looking to strengthen its team with an experienced composites professional.

This isn't just another laminating role.

We're looking for someone who has spent their career working with prepreg composites. Someone who knows what good looks like on the shop floor, leads by example and takes real pride in producing exceptional-quality parts.

This is an opportunity to become a senior technical figure within the business, supporting the team, maintaining high manufacturing standards and helping shape the future of a growing operation.

We're looking for someone with:
✔ Extensive prepreg composites experience
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
✔ A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
✔ High standards of quality and workmanship
✔ A passion for mentoring others and driving continuous improvement
