Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation

Main Objective: 

As a Senior Digital Consultant, you will take the lead in managing client relationships and driving digital transformation projects independently. You will be responsible for shaping digital strategies, leading client engagements, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead client engagements and manage project execution with minimal supervision.


• Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps tailored to client needs.


• Facilitate workshops and discussions, driving alignment with stakeholders.


• Provide expertise on emerging digital solutions and their business impact.


• Structure complex problems into actionable recommendations and guide teams in execution.


• Identify areas for improvement in client organizations and propose innovative solutions.


• Mentor and guide consultants and analysts in developing consulting and digital expertise.


• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and drive measurable impact for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in a digital consulting or strategy role.


• Ability to lead and manage client engagements independently.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Expertise in digital transformation methodologies and emerging technologies.


• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization for executive presentations.


• Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia.
