Your work profile

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Central Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Intercompany Reconciliation (ICMR) to support design, implementation, and optimization of Central Finance solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, deep functional understanding of financial processes, and proven capability in managing complex intercompany reconciliation scenarios.

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancements of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) functionality.

• Experience Required: 5–8 Years

• Configure, test, and maintain key CFIN components including SLT, AIF, mapping, and replication processes.

• Support data mapping and master data harmonization activities across source systems.

ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation) Expertise:

• Design and configure ICMR scenarios for real-time matching, reconciliation, and dispute management.

• Optimize intercompany processes and drive automation using SAP ICMR capabilities.

• Support end users in setup, rule creation, matching logic, and exception handling.

• Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI/CO, MDG, SD, MM, and technical teams.

• Support UAT, cutover, hyper care, and production stability activities.

Integration & Technical Coordination

• Work closely with SAP Basis, SLT, and integration teams to ensure seamless data replication from source systems.

• Troubleshoot functional issues related to interface errors, data replication, AIF monitoring, and mapping inconsistencies.

Documentation & Governance

• Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, configuration guides, and training materials.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards.

Key skills required

• 5–8 years of SAP CFIN experience, with at least 3+ years in SAP Central Finance.

• Hands-on expertise in SAP ICMR setup, configuration, and process execution.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.

• Experience with AIF, SLT data replication, and mapping frameworks.

• Solid understanding of master data structures, financial processes, and intercompany accounting.

• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Education: BE/Btech/Any fulltime graduation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield CFIN projects.

• Exposure to MDG for finance.

• SAP certification in Finance or S/4HANA is a plus.

• Experience working in global, multi-ERP environments.
