Your work profile  

The primary role of a Senior Consultant is to make immediate, direct contributions to enhancing our clients’ competitive position and performance in ways that are distinctive, innovative, and sustainable.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

·       Bachelor's Degree/Masters/MBA/PGDM/CA/CS

·       6-8 years Experience

·       Must have worked on at least 3+ end to end SAP HANA Implementation & Support

·       Experience of End to End project lifecycle experience

·       Expert in understanding of S/4 HANA Capabilities / new functionalities

·       Subject Matter expert (SME) understanding of Cost Center, Profit Center, Cost Center Budgeting, Internal Order, Product Costing, Parallel Valuation.

·       Expert in Actual Costing with material ledger, Profitability Analysis (COPA)

·       Expert in Overhead Allocation, COPA Assessment and Distribution cycle.

·       Subject Matter expert in CO cutover activities

·       Good Hands On experience for RICEFW objects, Report painter, report writer, Fiori apps for controlling

·       Must have knowledge cross module knowledge and experience CO-PP, CO-MM, CO-SD, CO-PM

·       Excellent analytical problem-solving skills

·       Ability to translate complex business costing requirements into technical specifications and configuration.

• Ready to travel 
• Costing including Material Ledger and Cost Centre accounting, with specific knowledge in: 
• Overhead costing along with plan and budget control for cost 
• Product costing under scenario like MTS/MTO/CTO/ETO 
• Price and currency deviations 
• Actual cost component split 
• Structuring value chains 
• Costing run with single and multilevel price calculation 
• Special account determination in Material Ledger 
• Integration of actual costing and profitability analysis 
• Alternative valuation runs 
• Distribution of usage variances 
• Material valuation and changing valuation prices 
• Cost based and account based COPA and related management reporting

Desired qualifications 

• CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants  
• 8+ years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment. 
• 5+ years of specific experience and expertise in SAP ECC FI/CO and S/4Hana Finance, and associated business processes and functionalities, and more specifically in the area of Product 
• At least 5+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning 
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations. 
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal). 
• Willingness to travel for short and long term durations. 

Location and way of working. 

• Base location: Pune
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.  
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
