Your work profile

·      Support and lead SAP PS/EPPM implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.

·      Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management, portfolio planning, and resource optimization.

·      Configure SAP Project Systems (PS) including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), networks, activities, and milestones.

·      Support SAP EPPM functionalities including portfolio management, resource planning, and project analytics.

·      Configure project lifecycle processes including planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and settlement.  

·      Assist in project costing, budgeting, and revenue tracking with integration to FI/CO modules.

·      Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, HR, and PM.

·      Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for RICEF developments.

·      Participate in testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), issue resolution, and system validation.

·      Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

·      Develop user documentation, SOPs, and conduct end-user training sessions.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Key skills required

·      6-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and exposure to EPPM.

·      Hands-on experience in 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including rollout and support projects.

·      Strong understanding of:

o  Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones)

o  Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution

o  Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Revenue Tracking

o  Portfolio & Resource Management (EPPM basics)

·      Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PS/EPPM is preferred.

·      Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams.

·      Experience in testing, data migration, and support activities.

·      Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.

·      Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

·      Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
