Your work profile

Design, configure, and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions with a focus on Joint Venture Accounting (JVA).

Analyze business requirements and translate finance process needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Provide end-to-end functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and transformation programs.

Support SAP JVA implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Configure SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and associated business processes based on customer requirements.

Lead and support complex change requests, enhancements, and solution improvements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand finance challenges and deliver effective SAP-based solutions.

Support Finance Close, Consolidation, and Group Reporting activities within SAP environments.

Analyze integration requirements between SAP Finance and other functional areas to ensure seamless business process execution.

Participate in SAP implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Apply SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and best practices throughout project delivery.

Manage multiple priorities while ensuring delivery quality and adherence to customer expectations.

Take ownership of issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide proactive solutions.

Support global SAP S/4HANA JVA implementations and business transformation initiatives.

Key skills required

8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance functional consulting.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) is mandatory.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration and business process design.

Proven experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Strong understanding of finance business processes including:

Financial Close

Consolidation

Group Reporting

Accounting and financial reporting processes

Experience handling complex SAP change requests, enhancements, and solution improvements.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies.

Understanding of SAP integration with other modules and cross-functional processes.

Experience working on global SAP S/4HANA JVA implementations and support environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with effective prioritization.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with business users and global teams.
