ROLE OVERVIEW

To support the ETSD Organization in contractual and procurement management activities, focusing on overseeing SAP processes and resolving issues.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement Services Leadership

• Lead the implementation of all procurement and contract administration activities within SAP (S4HANA/Ariba).
• Mentor junior team members and troubleshoot procurement issues.
• Oversee the creation of purchase requisitions and PO amendments within SAP.

Procurement Activities Management

• Manage procurement package pipeline forecasting.
• Handle vendor management and supplier negotiations.
• Formulate tender documents and strategies.
• Coordinate contract amendments and service/work order administration.
• Track purchase requisitions with NEOM’s Procurement Organization.

Database and Process Development

• Maintain a sourcing and contract tracking database.
• Develop standardized processes for package follow-ups, coordinating with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Supplier Management.
• Act as the ETSD team’s key user with Procurement, ensuring streamlined vendor integration.

Team Support

• Assist the wider team with day-to-day activities as needed.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in relevant field
• Expertise in SAP (S4HANA/Ariba)
• Understanding of procurement processes from vendor prequalification to contract awards.
• Knowledge of standard contract formation stages.
• Accounting experience and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with various contract forms and tender cycles.
• Ability to present complex information in a simple and interactive way.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work experience in the KSA or GCC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, procurement, business management, or engineering preferred.
