Senior Copywriter

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• As a Senior Copywriter, you will play a vital role in shaping the
  voice of our clients' brands across diverse formats. From campaigns and reports
  to social media and formal communications, your words will connect, persuade,
  and inspire. You will lead by example, manage junior content writers, and
  collaborate with the creative and client service teams to deliver impactful,
  on-brand messaging.
  
• The ideal candidate is fluent and articulate in both Arabic and English,
  with a deep understanding of language, tone, and messaging. They are natural
  leaders, passionate about creative and marketing content, and constantly seek
  growth through reading and exposure to new fields. They are independent,
  proactive, and capable of managing and distributing tasks efficiently without
  the need for close supervision.
  
• The role will report directly to the Head of Content.
  

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:

• Write compelling and strategic content for campaigns, reports, social
  media, websites, and marketing materials.
  
• Manage and mentor junior content writers, providing creative and
  editorial directions.
  
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, and project managers to
  develop strong concepts and storytelling.
  
• Adapt voice and tone based on the client and purpose of communication.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  
• Proofread and edit copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand
  alignment.
  
• Maintain a high standard of Arabic and English copy across all projects.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with experience managing content
  or copy team.
  
• Proven portfolio spanning campaigns, reports, social media, marketing,
  and formal communications.
  
• Previous work on projects for government entities or large companies is
  required.
  
• Strong command of Arabic and English; native fluency in at least one.
  
• Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking.
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  
• Preferred: Based in Saudi Arabia
