Senior Design Manager - (DEL - 513)

Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a talented Senior Design Manager (DEL - 513) to lead the design efforts across a range of innovative projects that are fundamental to our vision of creating a world-class entertainment and cultural hub.

This role involves guiding design strategies and managing the overall design process, ensuring that all projects align with both the company's aesthetic and functional goals. The Senior Design Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and the project development team, to deliver high-quality, impactful designs.

You will play a crucial role in progressing designs from concept through to completion, while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and excellence in all aspects of development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design management process for various projects, ensuring adherence to benchmarks for quality, time, and budget.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external design teams to develop innovative and feasible design solutions.
• Ensure that designs comply with local regulations and Qiddiya's development standards.
• Regularly review and provide feedback on design development, managing issues promptly and effectively.
• Facilitate ongoing communication between project teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project phases.
• Evaluate design proposals and consult with stakeholders for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of sustainable design practices across all projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 9+ years of comprehensive design management experience in large-scale projects, preferably in entertainment or cultural developments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful design outcomes, problem-solving capabilities, and innovative thinking.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance various tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of design standards, local regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A creative mindset, along with an analytical approach to design challenges.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to ever-changing project needs.
