Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated Senior Design Manager specializing in Waste Management to lead our efforts in creating sustainable waste management solutions. This role is essential to developing innovative design strategies that align with our commitment to environmental sustainability and operational excellence. You will oversee design projects related to waste management systems, ensuring they are executed with high quality and efficiency.

As the Senior Design Manager, you will coordinate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, driving the project from concept through to execution. Your leadership will contribute significantly to the achievement of Qiddiya’s sustainability goals and environmental standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in waste management design and management.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing complex waste management projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, waste management practices, and sustainability principles.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools related to waste management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in stakeholder management.
