Senior Development Manager - Entertainment (ENT634)

As a transforming vision for the future of entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia, Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a motivated Senior Development Manager for our Entertainment division. This role is essential for leading and managing the development of innovative and immersive entertainment projects that will redefine the leisure experience in the region.

Your expertise will guide project teams through the entire development process, ensuring that each initiative aligns with Qiddiya's mission to create a world-class destination for entertainment, art, culture, and sports.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of entertainment-related projects, including theme parks, entertainment complexes, and other attractions.
• Conduct market feasibility studies and impact assessments to validate project concepts and align them with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including designers, engineers, marketing, and external contractors to bring entertainment visions to life.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient delivery.
• Engage with local authorities, community representatives, and investors to facilitate project approvals and build relationships that enhance project success.
• Monitor ongoing project progress, providing regular status updates and identifying any potential issues or risks.
• Integrate best practices in sustainable design and operations into all development processes.
• Foster an innovative and collaborative team culture while mentoring junior development team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new concepts in entertainment development.

• Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in development management within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale entertainment projects from inception through to completion.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of the entertainment market in the Middle East, including local trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools is preferred.
