Senior Development Manager- Residential Affordable Apartments (ENT662)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Development Manager - Residential Affordable Apartments to lead the charge in creating inclusive and sustainable living solutions. This role is crucial in our efforts to develop affordable apartment projects that cater to diverse communities while adhering to our high standards of innovation and quality.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility studies to execution and delivery of affordable housing units. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that our affordable housing initiatives align with both market needs and governmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development process of affordable housing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s mission and values.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility analyses to establish project viability and economic productivity.
• Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring compliance with timelines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies and community representatives, to facilitate successful project approvals and community buy-in.
• Monitor ongoing project performance and address any issues proactively to mitigate risks and ensure smooth execution.
• Champion principles of sustainability and inclusivity in the design and implementation of affordable housing projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, outlining project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team focused on achieving project goals and fostering innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in real estate development, focusing on affordable residential apartment projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale residential projects from inception to delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulations, zoning laws, and affordable housing policies in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and comprehensive understanding of construction processes.
