Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager specializing in the development of mid-range to upper mid-range residential apartments. This pivotal role will focus on planning and executing residential projects that cater to a diverse community of residents, enhancing the lifestyle offerings within Qiddiya’s ambitious development plans.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in residential development, including mid-range to upper mid-range apartment projects.
• Strong background in development management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering residential apartment (mid-range and upper mid) projects from inception to completion.
• Detailed knowledge of housing markets, design principles, construction methods, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to support decision-making processes regarding development strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in the Middle East region's residential development sector is a plus.
