Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Development Manager specializing in the development of high-end residential apartments. This pivotal role will focus on planning and executing residential projects that cater to a diverse community of residents, enhancing the lifestyle offerings within Qiddiya’s ambitious development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of residential apartment projects, ensuring they align with the overall vision and lifestyle objectives of Qiddiya.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and engineers to create high-quality residential designs that meet market demand and community expectations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources with a strong focus on delivering within financial constraints while maintaining high standards.
• Conduct market research and feasibility assessments to identify opportunities for successful residential development.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local government agencies, to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor and manage construction activities, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Implement best practices in sustainability and innovative design to enhance the livability and appeal of residential projects.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in residential development, with a focus on high-end apartment projects.
• Strong background in development management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering residential apartment (mid-range and upper mid) projects from inception to completion.
• Detailed knowledge of housing markets, design principles, construction methods, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to support decision-making processes regarding development strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in the Middle East region's residential development sector is a plus.
