Senior Director - Development - Residential Apartments (RES7)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an accomplished Senior Director - Development - Residential Apartments to lead the development of high-quality residential communities within the Qiddiya project. This position presents an exciting opportunity to create modern living spaces that align with the company’s vision of fostering vibrant communities in Saudi Arabia.

In this strategic role, you will manage the entire development lifecycle of residential apartment projects, ensuring that they meet the needs of residents while adhering to quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Your leadership will be key in collaborating with architects, urban planners, and various stakeholders to develop innovative residential concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for residential apartment projects that align with Qiddiya’s mission and growth objectives.
• Oversee project stages, from initial site selection and design through to construction and final delivery.
• Conduct detailed market analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and maximize project success.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with financial targets and quality standards.
• Build and maintain critical relationships with local authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline project approvals and execution.
• Ensure all projects meet health, safety, and environmental regulations, prioritizing sustainability in all aspects of development.
• Compile and present project updates to senior management, highlighting milestones, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Encourage a culture of innovation within the team, exploring best practices and modern technologies in residential development.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in residential development or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and community planning principles.
• Skilled in project management methodologies, with the capability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
• A passion for creating sustainable and community-oriented living spaces is highly desirable.
