Your leadership will drive the implementation of effective safety protocols and strategies, creating a culture of safety that is paramount in residential construction and management. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust health and safety policies tailored specifically for residential development projects.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and ensure all safety measures are effectively communicated and enforced.
• Lead training and awareness programs to instill health and safety practices among employees and contractors.
• Monitor construction sites for compliance with health and safety regulations, providing guidance and support to teams as needed.
• Evaluate incident reports and implement changes to reduce risks and enhance safety performance across residential sectors.
• Collaborate with project management teams to integrate health and safety into all project phases, from planning to execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for health and safety audits and inspections, ensuring all procedures meet regulatory standards.
• Champion a proactive approach to health and safety, encouraging feedback and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in health and safety practices related to residential construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in health and safety management within the residential sector or similar fields.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in residential health and safety.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing successful safety programs.
• Ability to lead and influence diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Professional certifications in health and safety (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) are desirable.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Adept at fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within residential environments.
