Senior Director - Hospitality (Golf Course Development)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a strategic and accomplished Senior Director - Development - Hospitality to lead the development of a world-class hospitality portfolio at our landmark entertainment destination. This role requires a blend of creative vision and pragmatic project management skills, aimed at delivering exceptional hospitality experiences that meet the diverse needs of our guests.

As the Senior Director - Development - Hospitality, you will oversee all aspects of hotel and resort development projects, from initial planning and funding through design, construction, and operational launch. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that each project aligns with Qiddiya's mission and enhances the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the overall vision of Qiddiya.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential success of hospitality initiatives.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop innovative hospitality concepts.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, delivering projects on time and within financial parameters.
• Build strong relationships with local and international hospitality partners, operators, and stakeholders to promote collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the development process.
• Prepare and present project updates, strategies, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Innovate and integrate sustainability practices into hospitality development efforts to enhance environmental responsibility.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in hospitality development or operations.
• Proven track record of successful project management in the hospitality sector, including hotels and resorts.
• Strong understanding of market trends and guest preferences in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at making data-driven decisions.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in luxury or destination hospitality projects is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
