Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an exceptional Senior Director - Masterplanning to join our innovative team. This pivotal role involves leading the masterplanning initiatives for our expansive entertainment and tourism project, aiming to create a cohesive and inviting environment that enhances visitor experiences and supports sustainable development.

As the Senior Director of Masterplanning, you will oversee the overall planning strategy, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and objectives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to develop groundbreaking concepts that reflect creativity, sustainability, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive masterplanning strategies for Qiddiya's projects, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
• Lead the preparation and management of master plans, conceptual designs, and spatial planning initiatives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to create innovative and practical master planning solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government authorities and community representatives, to gather feedback and incorporate their inputs into the planning process.
• Oversee budget and resource management for master planning projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Ensure that all masterplanning efforts abide by relevant regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on progress, challenges, and outcomes of masterplanning initiatives to executive leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in masterplanning within large-scale developments or urban projects.
• Proven expertise in developing master plans that prioritize sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and community groups.
• In-depth understanding of urban design principles, zoning regulations, and environmental assessments.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex planning challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
