Senior Director of Delivery Infrastructure - Residential (RES7)

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic professional for the role of Senior Director of Delivery Infrastructure - Residential. This key leadership position involves overseeing the comprehensive development and delivery of residential infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet the company’s high standards and contribute to the overall vision of Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of all residential infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s master plan and objectives.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout all project phases, from design through to completion.
• Establish and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, quality standards, and regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government authorities and external partners, to facilitate approvals and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges during project lifecycles.
• Foster innovation in residential infrastructure development, promoting sustainable and efficient design and construction practices.
• Provide mentorship and support to project teams, encouraging a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement to senior leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in residential infrastructure project management, with significant experience in large-scale developments.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex residential projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.
