Senior ELV/ICT Engineer

WSP is seeking a Senior ELV/ICT Engineer to join our Project Management Consultancy team on the prestigious  project in Riyadh. The role will focus on managing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance of all ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and ICT (Information & Communication Technology) systems across the infrastructure package, ensuring alignment with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards.

• Oversee design review, coordination, and implementation of ELV/ICT systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, public address, BMS integration, data networks, etc.) across the infrastructure package.


• Ensure contractor’s work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.


• Review and approve ELV/ICT design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV/ICT systems with civil, MEP, and architectural works.


• Monitor site activities, conduct inspections, and raise NCRs where necessary to ensure compliance and quality.


• Assist in resolving technical issues, RFIs, and design conflicts related to ELV/ICT systems.


• Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV/ICT systems.


• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and inspectors.


• Liaise with the client, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.


• Minimum 15+ years of experience in ELV/ICT engineering, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.


• Strong background in infrastructure projects (roads, tunnels, bridges, utilities, or smart city projects).


• Experience in PMC or consultancy roles is preferred.


• In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI, NFPA, IEC, etc.).


• Proven experience in managing contractors, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Professional certifications (e.g., BICSI RCDD, PMP) are an advantage.
