Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts across the Saudi market


• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract close


• Develop and execute territory and account penetration strategy


• Negotiate high-value commercial agreements and long-term service contracts


• Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales process improvement


• Represent the company at industry events and executive-level client meetings

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a track record of managing large accounts


• Prior experience selling into industrial, energy, or B2B services sectors in Saudi Arabia


• Fluent Arabic and English


• Proven consultative and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder level

Nice-to-Haves

• Existing network within Saudi enterprise or industrial procurement functions


• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team


• Familiarity with CRM-driven forecasting and pipeline management
