Senior Equity Partner / Equity Partner - Corporate - International Law Firm

A company is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Equity Partner / Equity Partner to join their prestigious International Law Firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the Corporate practice and will be responsible for handling complex international corporate matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and globally recognized firm.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Corporate practice group, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team.
2. Handle a wide range of complex international corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-level legal advice and ensuring exceptional client service.
4. Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities for client engagement and revenue generation.
5. Provide mentorship and support to junior lawyers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative legal solutions for clients.

Requirements

1. Proven track record as a successful Corporate lawyer, with extensive experience in handling international corporate matters within a reputable law firm or legal department.
2. Admitted to practice law in a recognized Common law jurisdiction, with a strong understanding of the local legal and regulatory framework.
3. Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a substantial book of business, with a focus on client development and retention.
4. Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of legal professionals.
5. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Confident with their book of business which for: SEP – would need to stand at £2.5 Million; EP – would need to stand at £1.5 Million.
