Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to support Madar’s marketing team in creating high-quality visual work across digital, print, presentation, and branding needs. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong execution with creative thinking. The right candidate should be able to turn briefs into polished, effective visuals that support campaigns, presentations, proposals, company documents, and brand collateral. While the role mainly supports Marketing, it may also contribute to selected company-wide design needs such as presentation design and business materials.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for design quality, strong Arabic and English layout capability, solid brand understanding, and the ability to work across multiple formats while maintaining consistency, speed, and professionalism.

This is a hands-on role. The designer will mainly create the work directly, not manage agencies, except in rare cases where external support is needed for larger projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform core duties and tasks as assigned.

• Design high-quality visual materials for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, proposals, company profiles, and branded documents
• Create campaign key visuals and adapt them across multiple formats and sizes
• Develop marketing collateral and communication materials for internal and external use
• Build presentation decks and proposal visuals with strong business and brand sense
• Prepare print-ready files for vendors and production
• Support motion graphics, video storyboards, and simple video editing needs when required
• Organize and maintain source files, templates, and brand assets
• Ensure visual consistency across all materials and touchpoints
• Handle multiple design requests with clear prioritization and deadline discipline
• Maintain an updated task list and follow through on assignments professionally
• Support the team with thoughtful design solutions, not just visual decoration
• Use AI tools where appropriate to enhance efficiency or generate supporting branded elements, while maintaining originality, quality, and full alignment with brand standards

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong portfolio showing high-quality work across social media, campaign visuals, presentations, brand collateral, and document design
• Strong command of Arabic and English typography
• Strong Arabic layout sense and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, composition, and typography
• Ability to create concepts, not just execute layouts
• Ability to translate unclear or rough briefs into polished professional design
• Experience preparing files for vendors, printing, and production
• Good knowledge of photography and video editing
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them consistently across multiple touchpoints
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Strong organization, time management, and workload prioritization skills
• Professional attitude, openness to feedback, and ability to explain design decisions clearly

Preferred:

• Motion graphics capability
• Experience designing for employer branding or internal communications
• Experience in agency environments
• Experience supporting premium campaigns, corporate materials, or exhibition/event collateral
• Sensible use of AI-assisted creative tools to enrich design work while keeping full brand control and originality
