Senior Inspections Specialist

As a Senior Inspections Specialist at JASARA PMC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our construction projects. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing inspection processes, implementing inspection programs, and coordinating with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential issues. This position requires a detailed understanding of construction standards and practices, as well as the ability to lead inspection teams effectively.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive inspections, preparing detailed reports on findings, and recommending corrective actions where necessary. You will also be responsible for providing mentorship and guidance to junior inspectors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in inspections within the construction industry, with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead inspection teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Certifications related to inspections or quality management are preferred.
