Senior IVR Developer

• Identify and Analyse user requirements.

• Design/Develop applications using well defined methodologies, patterns and standards.

• Aware of development practices, technologies, and security implications.

• Write well-designed, efficient, secure code.

• Review, test and debug team members’ code.

• Manage deployment of CVP components across cisco servers.

• Knowledge of software unit testing and integration testing practices, procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).

High level of English interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have 6+ years of proven work experience as a IVR Developer or similar role.

Up-to-date knowledge of JAVA and web technologies Technical Expertise:

• Skills in designing, developing and implementing Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) & ICM IVR scripts

• Scripting knowledge for creating a new call flow and should have good understanding in the modification of existing scripts • Knowledge in the following areas: Call Control, Multimedia Contact Centers, Skillgroup & agent mapping, and IVR Scripts

• Technical understanding in VXML, SSML, XML, JAVA, JavaScript, Rest APIs, Portals, Database architecture, etc.

• Support and maintain existing ICM applications - troubleshoot and fix defects, perform maintenance activities

• Java/JEE, Web Development Experience SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required.

• Knowledge of core banking systems applications and other ERP systems, Linux Operating Systems.
