Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and design of asset infrastructure systems, ensuring they meet the current and future needs of Qiddiya's projects.
• Direct the implementation and optimization of asset management processes, enhancing operational efficiency and asset performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive infrastructure designs that integrate seamlessly with overall project goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and environmental considerations in all design and implementation activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform design decisions and project planning.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of asset infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for enhancements that could benefit Qiddiya's infrastructure initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset design and infrastructure management, specifically within large-scale development projects.
• Proven track record of leading innovative infrastructure design initiatives from conception through execution.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and optimize design processes.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to infrastructure management.
• Professional certifications, such as PMP or equivalent, would be a plus.
