Senior Manager - BIM & Digital Design Sports BU (SPA 291)

The Senior Manager - BIM & Digital Design Sports BU at Qiddiya Investment Company is instrumental in advancing our Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital design initiatives within the Sports Business Unit. This role focuses on leveraging digital design methodologies to optimize project delivery and enhance operational efficiencies for our sports facilities and venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and best practices across all sports-related projects.
• Oversee the development and execution of digital design strategies that align with Qiddiya’s mission and operational goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure BIM and digital design standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members on BIM technologies and digital design tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and establish design criteria that enhance performance and sustainability.
• Manage the integration of BIM data with other digital solutions, ensuring a seamless flow of information among all project participants.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital design outcomes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for BIM-related inquiries and issues, providing expert guidance and support as needed.
• Engage in project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with Qiddiya's strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in BIM management and digital design within the sports or large-scale infrastructure sectors.
• Proven expertise in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and digital design tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
• Solid understanding of integrating BIM with project delivery methods, including design, construction, and operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to BIM and construction design.
