Senior Manager - BIM - Hospitality (RES8)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Manager - BIM for our Hospitality Division. In this strategic role, you will direct the utilization and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes specifically tailored for our hospitality projects. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the operational capabilities of Qiddiya’s developments, ensuring the highest standards of design, construction, and facility management in alignment with our vision of becoming a premier entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of BIM strategies and best practices specifically focused on hospitality-related projects, ensuring collaborative workflows among designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) that align with project requirements, industry standards, and hospitality-specific needs.
• Leverage advanced VDC/BIM tools to improve project outcomes in design coordination and facility management.
• Manage the integration of BIM through all stages of hospitality project design and pre-construction, ensuring thorough reviews and timely approvals.
• Facilitate the adoption of 4D scheduling, 5D cost management, and COBie standards for enhanced operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Direct BIM quality control processes, perform quality audits, and maintain communication with all project stakeholders, including the Appointing Party.
• Ensure the accurate delivery of models, data, and information across the project lifecycle, adhering to quality protocols and timelines.
• Provide training and mentorship to project teams on hospitality-specific BIM tools and methodologies.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies, advocating for the integration of innovations that can enhance project delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to execute seamless integration of hospitality design principles and operational requirements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with a focus on hospitality design.
• 8–10 years of experience in BIM management, particularly within the hospitality sector.
• Proficient in BIM software platforms including Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Solid understanding of relevant BIM standards and guidelines, including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
• Demonstrated experience with 4D and 5D BIM applications, with an emphasis on hospitality-related projects.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation in the hospitality field.
