Senior Manager - BIM (MAS8-20004436)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - BIM to join our innovative team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for spearheading the Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives across a broad range of projects. Your strategic vision will help facilitate collaboration, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of our developments, contributing to our ambition to redefine entertainment and lifestyle offerings in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Direct the formulation and execution of BIM strategies, ensuring they align with project objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) tailored for specific projects, focusing on seamless integration across all teams.
• Lead the charge in adopting cutting-edge VDC/BIM technologies that promote effective design coordination and project management.
• Oversee BIM integration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring rigorous quality checks and timely approval processes.
• Facilitate 4D scheduling, 5D cost estimation, and asset management through COBie standards to enhance project deliverables.
• Conduct regular BIM audits and quality control assessments to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
• Provide technical guidance and training for project teams on BIM applications and workflows.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate BIM-related updates and resolve any challenges encountered.
• Stay informed on advancements in BIM technology and methodologies, continually advocating for improvements to enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure that BIM practices are effectively integrated into all phases of development.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in BIM management, particularly in large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong grasp of international BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
• Demonstrable experience in 4D and 5D applications of BIM.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to engage with a variety of stakeholders, translating technical concepts into accessible language.
