Senior Manager - BIM Racecourse - SPA 236

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - BIM to lead the Building Information Modeling efforts for the development of the Racecourse project, a key component of our transformative vision for Qiddiya. This role will oversee the integration of BIM processes in tandem with design and construction activities to ensure effective project delivery, innovation, and quality in one of the most exciting entertainment destinations in Saudi Arabia.

In this position, you will work closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to establish and enhance BIM standards and workflows across the Racecourse project. Your expertise will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge technology to optimize collaboration, improve design accuracy, and streamline project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of Building Information Modeling in the Racecourse project.
• Develop and implement BIM Strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create unified models and conduct clash detections.
• Define BIM workflows and protocols, providing direction and training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the integration of 3D modeling, simulation, and data management to enhance project outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that model deliverables meet expectations.
• Track progress and performance metrics related to BIM implementation to ensure continuous improvement.
• Promote innovation and best practices in BIM methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in BIM management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing BIM processes and tools, including Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, specifications, and project delivery methods.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
