• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cost planning strategies for varied projects.
• Ensure that cost plans are aligned with business objectives and that they drive project designs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project costs and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Manage relationships with external consultants and vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams to ensure a unified approach to cost management.
• Monitor and report on project cost performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the cost planning team.

• Qualifications and Experience:
• A minimum of 9-11 years of cost planning experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Experience within the construction, real estate, or development sectors is highly desirable.
• Degree in finance, engineering, or related field; further qualifications in cost management or quantity surveying (e.g., MRICS) would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate comprehensive reports.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
